One of the most repulsive delicacies in Vietnam... the bat. 

It is picked live from a cage and slaughtered in front of you, screaming its head off - until it is chopped. 

Then, still in the middle of the restaurant, the bat is skinned...

You start lunch by drinking the bat's blood mixed with rice's alcohol. After will come a bat soup...
