China was in need of a strong birth control programme to avoid a catastrophe. This campaign is done in the streets to increase its exposure. Abnormal fetuses in jars generate enough interest for the People Republic of China to stop by, enabling the nurses to give away condoms and other contraceptive devices. (Chengdu)
