Octopus Eye

The Octopus has an amazing eye, actually very close to the human eye. The rectangular shape pupil is always horizontal and enable the Octopus to make the difference between horizontal and vertical lines. I believe that the Octopus eye sight is at the origin of the superior intelligence of this attaching and inquisitive cephalopod.
