Snake Dinner

Similar to the bat, the snake is picked live and killed in front of you. The heart and the spleen are extracted and given to you to be swallowed raw... Full of vitamins they say... I will stick to the old pill.

The snake meat is a real delicacy tasting somewhere between the tender breast of chicken and fish - a real treat.

A great meal but I could do without the show.
