My Vietnamese friend wanted me to have the heart and liver raw telling me what a great taste and vitamins source this is. I explained about the vitamins supplements in my hotel room, showed some concerned for their health and managed to get out of that one. Mind you, he really seems to enjoy it... The beer chaser is a must.
